Santi's series is an example of a project that combines traditional and digital practices.

Santi painted directly on mylar using ink wash and oil paint. The originals were scanned, and then collaged and combined with digital photographs in Photoshop. The result was a unique piece that was printed as an IRIS inkjet.

Additionally, one print in the series was made with a traditional etching plate printed first, and a digital image printed on top in register.
