Pamplemousse Press is a Digital Fine Art workshop, specializing in creating original collaborative projects with artists. Pamplemousse offers artists the ability to work in an environment that fosters creativity by utilizing all digital (and traditional) solutions currently available. As a "one-stop shop", artists are able to concentrate on their own work, while relying on Pamplemousse's expertise and hands-on experience.

Pace Editions acquired Pamplemousse Press in 2000 and relocated the workshop to 18th Street in Chelsea. That same year Andre Ribuoli became director. The workshop was renovated in 2005, adding new staff and machines, and greatly expanding the capabilities.
